Suspension cells were injected into an assay 3D printed with the Cyto-Clear, stained with viability reagents, and analyzed on-chip using live/dead staining.

Adherent cells were subcultured onto 3D printed disks with the Cyto-Clear, stained with viability reagents, and then analyzed using an XTT assay and live/dead staining.

Cyto-Clear offers low autofluorescence for accurate imaging of cells labeled with fluorescent dyes and markers. It is also UV-inert – an important feature that prevents material degradation or discoloration during specific microscopy techniques.
