THE CAPABILITIES ARE UNIQUELY ENABLED BY THE PROFLUIDICS 285D AND ARE FULLY COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH THIS SYSTEM.

4 Simple Steps to Create Monolithic Devices at Benchside

Clear Microfluidic Resin is a high-performance photopolymer formulated for 3D printing transparent encapsulated devices and functional microfluidic devices. Known for providing optical clarity and fine feature resolution, it is ideal for fabricating microchannels, chambers, and other critical structures in lab-on-a-chip and microfluidics research. Compatible with the ProFluidics 285d, this material supports fast, benchtop fabrication—eliminating the need for cleanroom facilities and enabling one-day prototyping..

Optimized for use in biomedical, analytical, and diagnostic applications, Clear Microfluidic Resin streamlines device development and supports high-precision, cost-effective microfabrication workflows.

Print 80µm Encapsulated Channels
The Clear Microfluidic Resin was formulated to have a low viscosity and allow for the easy drainage of enclosed channels during printing and cleaning. This enables precise and high resolution printing of micro-sized features.
Optical Transparency
Printed devices do not need any additionally processes to achieve optical transparency. Sanding, polishing or coatings are not necessary.
Inert Under Fluorescent Light
Devices are inert under fluorescent light, making it viable for dominant analysis techniques using fluorescent markers. The transparency of the device allows for easy evaluations.
1-Day Workflow Easy Fabrication
A standard clear microfluidic device can be printed in 1-3 hours (size dependent). Post-print processing is as simple as cleaning the part in isopropyl alcohol and curing under a UV light. After which, the device is ready to use and test.
