Master Mold for PDMS Rapid HD is our next generation of photopolymer resin for fabricating molds for PDMS device applications. It offers high-resolution patterning with minimal meniscus effects. It enables faster casting times compared to its earlier generation, and with proper cleaning, ensures no cytotoxic leaching into the PDMS. Ideal for labs that prioritize speed without compromising precision.

Master Mold for PDMS
PHOTOPOLYMER RESIN
Master Mold for PDMS is a tried and true photopolymer resin for fabricating molds for PDMS device applications. Formulated for ease of use, it supports easy post-processing and allows for smooth PDMS casting and detachment – no coatings or salinization required. With proper cleaning, it does not leach any cytotoxic substances into the PDMS.
