3 EASY STEPS

for a perfect PDMS Mastermold

STEP 01

It is recommended to prepare a blade and a tweezer before removing the PDMS. 

STEP 02

Gently cut around the PDMS with a sharp and clean blade. 

STEP 03

Using a tweezer, carefully peel the PDMS from one corner to obtain a clear Mastermold.

3 EASY STEPS

for a perfect Clear Device

STEP 01

Ensure that the sample box contains a clear encapsulated device and a tube.

STEP 02

Cut the tube in half. When cut, the opening of the tube will be pinched flat. Make sure to press it back into a circle or it will not fit into the ports.

STEP 03

With your two tubes, cut them in half again so you have a total of 4 pieces.

STEP 04

Insert the tubes into the ports of the channels you want to test.

STEP 05

The clear encapsulated device is ready to use.
